Description

Build the strength, stamina, and confidence needed to become a true triple threat! This high-energy musical theatre conditioning class is designed to help students safely and effectively combine the three essential performance skills: singing, acting, and dancing.

Through targeted conditioning exercises, students will develop core strength, endurance, full-body awareness, breath support, and a stronger connection between movement and music. Each class will focus on training the body and voice to work together, helping performers execute choreography while maintaining healthy vocal technique and authentic storytelling.

Students will learn musical theatre-style songs and choreography, then combine them into polished performance pieces that strengthen their ability to sing, dance, and act simultaneously. Whether preparing for auditions, productions, or personal growth, this class provides the technical foundation and performance experience needed to thrive on stage.
